## Ordering and shipping

- Processing: orders are processed within 24 hours (one business day). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST may begin processing the same business day. Sample orders are cut and prepared by hand and may take longer. No processing or shipping on weekends or holidays; processing may be slower during peak season, holidays, and promotional periods.
- 5 free fabric swatches of your choice are automatically included with every order of 1 yard or more; no code needed.
- US shipping rates (continental United States, standard shipping): free on orders of $129 or more; a flat rate of $7.48 on orders under $129. Rates for other US destinations and for expedited or overnight service are calculated and shown at checkout.
- US transit estimates, beginning after processing: Standard 3–5 business days, Expedited 1–3 business days, Overnight next business day where available.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Standard 7–21 business days, Expedited 3–7 business days where available, beginning after processing. International delivery times vary with destination, customs processing, carrier service, and local delivery conditions, and are estimates only. - If an item is unavailable during fulfillment, Kiki Textiles will contact the customer with options: wait for restock, choose a replacement, remove the item, refund the item, or cancel.

## Returns, exchanges and refunds

- Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests go to order@kikitextiles.com and require authorization before shipping anything back.
- Eligible: fabric orders of 1 yard or more that are unused, uncut, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors, pet hair and smoke, and in original condition.
- Final sale, not returnable: fabric samples and swatches, half-yard orders, wholesale orders of 30 yards or more, special orders, custom orders, clearance and final-sale items, and any fabric that has been cut, washed, sewn, altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photos or video. Resolution may be a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.
- Exchanges: request within 14 days of delivery. One exchange request per order, which may cover multiple eligible fabrics.
- Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the error was Kiki Textiles'. A discounted return label is usually around $13.49 and is deducted from the refund; the amount varies with package size, weight, and destination. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Kiki Textiles made an error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, unless store credit was requested or agreed. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without the refund appearing, contact order@kikitextiles.com.
- Color and dye lot: fabric can look different in person, and shade varies between rolls, shipments, and dye lots. Returns based on color preference are accepted only if the item otherwise qualifies. Ordering a sample first is strongly recommended.
