This Feather Sequin on Velvet has a rich velvet base fully embellished with sequins, creating a dense, luminous surface with a soft, plush feel. Along the lower portion of the fabric, layered feathers are combined with delicate 3D floral appliqués.

The velvet backing provides a comfortable, non-scratchy feel
