At KikiTextiles, we want every customer to be happy with their fabric purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for eligible fabric orders of 1 yard or more, as long as the fabric meets our return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Uncut
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or any signs of use
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with the packing slip or proof of purchase when possible
Fabric must be returned in its original condition. Any fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, sewn, damaged, or used in any way is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Fabric samples/swatches
- Half-yard orders
- Wholesale orders of 30 yards or more
- Special orders
- Custom orders
- Clearance or final sale items
- Any fabric that has been cut, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Sample Orders
Samples are offered to help customers review color, texture, stretch, weight, and quality before purchasing yardage.
All sample orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Sample orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, depending on order volume and fabric availability.
Sample availability is not guaranteed. If a requested sample is out of stock, we may contact you with alternative options or issue a refund for the unavailable sample.
Wholesale Orders
Orders of 30 yards or more are considered wholesale/bulk orders and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
For large orders, we strongly recommend ordering a sample or 1 yard first to confirm the color, texture, stretch, weight, and overall suitability of the fabric before purchasing larger quantities.
Color, Shade, and Dye Lot Disclaimer
Please note that fabric colors may appear different in person due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and dye lot variations.
Different rolls, shipments, or dye lots may have slight shade differences. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing yardage, especially when color matching is important.
Returns based on color preference are accepted only if the item qualifies under our return policy and is returned in original condition.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The fabric you would like to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return shipping address.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by KikiTextiles, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item.
For your convenience, we may provide a discounted return shipping label. If a discounted label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Our standard discounted return label is usually $13.49, but the amount may vary depending on the package size, weight, and destination.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by KikiTextiles.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the package, packing slip, and items received so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different fabric or color is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Only one exchange request per order may be accepted, but the exchange may include multiple eligible fabrics.
If the requested replacement fabric is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative fabric option.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method unless store credit was requested or agreed upon.
Please allow a few business days for your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, shipping charges may not be refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
Final Note
We truly appreciate your business and want to help you choose the right fabric for your project. Because fabric can vary in color, texture, stretch, and feel, we strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing yardage, especially for bridal, event, production, or color-sensitive projects.
