Shipping policy
At KikiTextiles, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Most regular yardage orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Sample orders may require additional processing time and are usually processed within 2–4 business days, depending on order volume and fabric availability.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Peak Season Notice
During high-volume periods, including holidays, promotional events, and peak fabric seasons, processing and shipping times may be delayed.
We appreciate your patience during busy periods. Our team works diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Estimated delivery dates may be provided automatically by Shopify or by the shipping carrier. These estimates may change after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, transit time, routing, scanning updates, and delivery timing are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of KikiTextiles’ control.
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, transportation issues, high shipping volume, security checks, customs, missed scans, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If your order is needed by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing the order so we can help you choose the best available shipping option.
KikiTextiles is not responsible for project deadlines, event deadlines, production deadlines, or other time-sensitive needs if the order is delayed by the carrier or if the selected shipping method does not arrive in time.
Domestic Shipping
We offer several domestic shipping options within the United States. Available shipping methods and pricing are shown at checkout.
Estimated transit times may include:
Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after processing
Overnight Shipping: next business day after processing, when available
Please note that transit time begins after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method, package size, package weight, and destination.
Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error made by KikiTextiles.
Signature Required for Orders Over $200
For the safety of our customers and our business, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.
This helps reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If you would like to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships.
If the signature requirement is waived at the customer’s request, KikiTextiles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delivered to the wrong location after shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Sometimes tracking may be delayed, missed, or not updated immediately after the package is dropped off or picked up.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
KikiTextiles is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customer address errors.
Delivered but Not Received Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your mailbox, front door, side door, porch, parcel locker, leasing office, mailroom, neighbors, and household members.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KikiTextiles is not automatically responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, we will do our best to assist you by reviewing the tracking information and helping with a carrier investigation when possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us at:

Carrier investigations and claim decisions are handled by the carrier and may require additional time.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Photos of the package
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping label
A short description of the issue
Please keep the original packaging and contents until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require photos or inspection for a claim.
International Shipping
KikiTextiles may offer international shipping to select countries.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier service, and local delivery conditions.
Estimated international delivery times may include:
Standard International Shipping: approximately 7–21 business days after processing
Expedited International Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after processing, when available
International delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
KikiTextiles is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, or any other fees charged by the destination country.
All customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may delay delivery. These delays are outside of our control.
Sample Orders
Sample orders are cut and prepared by hand and may require additional processing time.
During peak season or high-volume periods, sample orders may be limited to a maximum number of samples per order.
Sample limits may change depending on warehouse workload and fabric availability.
Unavailable Items
All orders are subject to fabric availability.
If an item becomes unavailable, out of stock, or cannot be located during fulfillment, we may contact you with available options, such as:
Waiting for restock
Choosing a replacement fabric or color
Removing the unavailable item from the order
Issuing a refund for the unavailable item
Canceling the order if preferred
Shipping Delays Before Fulfillment
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time due to inventory issues, warehouse delays, supplier delays, or other reasons, we will contact you with an update and available options.
Depending on the situation, you may choose to wait for the item, select a replacement, or request a refund for the unavailable item or order.
