Linen's typical lightly slubbed texture makes it a good fabric to achieve volume and structure.
With a malleable drape and no stretch, make craft crisp shirts and blouses to be worn year-round, chair covers, upholstery, drapes and curtains and so many more. Slightly translucent, a lining may be desired for some projects but isn't necessary.
