Product Information

KikiTextiles sells fabric by the yard, fabric samples, trims, appliques, sequins, satin, velvet, lace, faux leather, spandex, specialty fabrics, and related textile products.

We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, colors, widths, stretch information, fiber content, pricing, and availability. However, product information may contain occasional errors, omissions, or variations.

Product descriptions are provided for general informational purposes only. Customers are responsible for determining whether a fabric is suitable for their intended project or use.

Color, Photos, and Screen Display

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, monitor calibration, dye lots, fabric texture, and viewing conditions.

We cannot guarantee that your phone, computer, tablet, or monitor will display fabric colors accurately.

If color matching is important, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing yardage.

Dye Lot, Shade, and Fabric Variation

Fabric may vary slightly between rolls, shipments, and dye lots. This may include slight differences in color, shade, texture, weight, width, stretch, finish, or hand feel.

We cannot guarantee that separate orders placed at different times will come from the same dye lot or match previous purchases exactly.

Customers purchasing fabric for bridal, production, costumes, dancewear, uniforms, events, or color-sensitive projects should order samples or sufficient yardage at one time before beginning production.

Samples and Swatches

Samples are offered to help customers review color, texture, stretch, weight, and quality before purchasing yardage.

Samples are small swatches and are not full yards of fabric.

All sample orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether they are purchasing samples or yardage before completing checkout.

Yardage Orders

Fabric yardage is cut to order. Because fabric is cut specifically for each customer’s order, customers are responsible for reviewing the selected fabric, color, quantity, and unit type before completing checkout.

Orders for 1 yard or more may be eligible for return only according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, sewn, damaged, stained, used, or otherwise changed after delivery is not eligible for return or exchange.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Orders of 30 yards or more are considered wholesale or bulk orders.

Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise approved by KikiTextiles in writing.

For wholesale or bulk purchases, we strongly recommend ordering a sample or 1 yard first to confirm the fabric, color, texture, stretch, weight, and suitability before purchasing larger quantities.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for testing fabric before cutting, sewing, washing, dyeing, printing, steaming, ironing, gluing, laser cutting, producing garments, or using the fabric in any final project.

KikiTextiles is not responsible for project failure, production delays, event deadlines, material misuse, improper care, or customer assumptions about suitability.

Unless specifically stated in writing, our fabrics are not certified for specialized uses such as children’s sleepwear, flame-resistant garments, medical use, protective equipment, upholstery compliance, automotive use, industrial use, or laser cutting safety.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether a fabric is appropriate and safe for their intended use.

Laser Cutting and Specialty Use Disclaimer

Not all fabrics are suitable or safe for laser cutting, heat cutting, burning, industrial processing, or specialty equipment.

Some fabrics may contain polyester, nylon, spandex, metallic coatings, sequins, glitter, adhesives, faux leather, vinyl, plastic, coatings, or other materials that may react differently to heat or laser cutting.

Customers are responsible for testing the fabric and confirming safety with their equipment, operator, and applicable safety standards before use.

KikiTextiles does not guarantee that any fabric is laser safe unless this is specifically confirmed in writing for that exact product.

Care Instructions

Any care instructions provided are general recommendations only.

Customers should test a small piece of fabric before washing, drying, steaming, ironing, or cleaning the full fabric or finished garment.

KikiTextiles is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, steaming, cleaning, chemicals, detergents, heat, or customer handling.

Pricing, Availability, and Inventory

Prices, product availability, descriptions, promotions, shipping costs, and product information are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inventory errors, product description errors, image errors, shipping errors, or other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order affected by pricing errors, inventory errors, out-of-stock items, supplier shortages, discontinued products, or website errors.

If an item is unavailable after purchase, we may contact the customer with available options, including waiting for restock, selecting a replacement, removing the unavailable item, issuing a refund, or canceling the order.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order or product availability.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed, cut, packed, or shipped. Once fabric has been cut, packed, shipped, or otherwise processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing by KikiTextiles.

Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, transit time, delivery scans, routing, delays, and delivery are controlled by the carrier and are outside of our control.

KikiTextiles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, missed scans, transportation issues, incorrect addresses, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but not located by the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error made by KikiTextiles.

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit depending on the situation and customer request.

Account and Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, email, and payment information for all purchases.

KikiTextiles is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or communication issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
